Youwillbeatrustedexpertworkingwithmanagementteamstoelevateawarenessofsafetycompliance, help buildacultureofpro-activehazardidentificationandembedHSEbest-practicesatalllevels.

KeyResponsibilities:

• DrivepositiveHSEculturechangethrougheducation,relationship&trustbuilding

• Conductathoroughgap-analysisacrossmultiplesites,eachatdifferinglevelsofsafetymaturity,toidentifywheremis-alignmentsandareasforimprovementexist

• Abilitytoapplybest-practiceregulations,proceduresandpoliciesinthecontextofwork”asdone”ratherthanwork”asimagined”

• Improveprocessesandproceduresandstandardisetheseacrossmultiplesites

• Conductaccidentinvestigations,withadeepunderstandingofhowmultiplefactorscontribute

• Educationaroundhazardidentificationandnear-missreporting

• Bethesubject-matterexpertintechnicalHSEandregulations

Essentialcriteria:

• NEBOSHCertificate,withatleast 4 years’experienceinsafety
• Backgroundin utilities, civilengineering,orarelatedindustry
• Ability to work in a complex, multi-site environment
• Experience with RAMs, accident and incident investigations, implementation
