Site Manager

I’m looking for a Site Manager for a Kitchen and Bathroom replacement project working on Social Housing properties around Burton, Ashbourne and Uttoxeter. There is the option for a permanent role after 12 weeks with a company that massively values promotion from within – 2 joiners I’ve placed there are now working as Contract Manager and Site Manager on other projects.

The Site Manager will be required to look after:

• H&S
• Inductions
• RAMS
• Subcontractors
• Client Meetings and Reports
• Site visits

The Site Manager will ideally have:

• SMSTS
• 1st Aid at Work
• Experience with Social Housing
• Experience with K&B Schemes

and in return, the Site Manager will receive:

• 240 per day, weekly pay, CIS
• Mileage covered
• Long term work
