One of my exclusive Nationwide clients is recruiting for a number of Administrators on a temporary basis as a result of a big increase in workload. The temp roles are guaranteed to run for at least 6 to 8 weeks but will more likely go on longer.
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing comprehensive Administration support to the Recruitment team.
The main purpose of these temp roles will be to provide Administration support to the screening & vetting team, including:
- Reviewing applications & CV’s against company criteria
- Making outbound calls to candidates that match to book them in for interviews
- Scheduling of interviews including co-ordination of diaries
- Sending out interview confirmations to candidates and managers
- Preparing & sending out offer letters to successful candidates
- Logging of updates on Excel and internal systems
- Various other ad hoc Administration duties as directed
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
- Previous experience in an Administration role – this experience is ESSENTIAL
- Candidates with recruitment, screening or vetting Administration would be at a distinct advantage
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to deal with both internal & external stakeholders
- Solid IT Skills
