Aspire People is recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors to work across a wide network of secondary schools throughout Birmingham and Solihull.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in schools while developing behaviour management, communication and classroom leadership skills.

The Role
Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4Supervise classes in the teacher’s absenceMaintain positive classroom behaviourKeep students engaged and on taskFollow school safeguarding and behaviour policiesCover a variety of secondary subjects

Degree educated graduatesConfident communicators with strong interpersonal skillsPositive role models with a professional attitudeReliable and flexible individualsExperience working with young people is desirable but not essentialThose considering a future career in teaching are encouraged to apply
