Are you organised and detail-oriented, with proven HR Administration experience, gained in a commercial setting?

This is a fantastic temporary opportunity to provide vital HR assistance to a busy People Services team, starting immediately and ongoing for a few months.

You will manage key tasks such as responding to reference requests, reporting, processing leavers, and liaising with payroll, ensuring accurate and timely support that enhances the employee experience.

Please note, this is a full-time, temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start; lengthy notice periods cannot be accommodated.

Temporary HR Administrator ResponsibilitiesThis position will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Responding to reference requests, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Processing leavers and maintaining accurate records in HR systems.
  • Reporting on HR data and generating necessary documentation.
  • Liaising with payroll to ensure employee data is correctly processed.
  • Supporting other HR processes and administrative duties as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and data protection regulations.
  • Collaborating with HR colleagues to deliver a seamless Shared Services experience.

Temporary HR Administrator Rewards

  • £15.38 per hour plus holiday pay, paid via the Allen Associates weekly PAYE payroll.
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, generally 8:30 am to 5 pm with an unpaid lunch break.

Temporary HR Administrator Experience Essentials

  • Proven experience in a commercial HR administration role, with a focus on HR systems.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to complete V-Lookups.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A proactive approach to workload and collaboration.
  • Experience with Workday.
