TheRole
AsQHSEManager,you’llberesponsibleforleadingallaspectsofHealth,Safety,EnvironmentalandQualityacrossthebusiness.Workingcloselywithseniorleadership,projectmanagersandcustomers,you’llensureprojectsaredeliveredsafely,maintainISOmanagementsystems,andcontinuouslyimproveHSEQperformance.
Yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:
- TakingownershipoftheHSEQmanagementsystemsanddrivingcontinuousimprovement.
- Leadingthecompany’shealthandsafetystrategyandpromotingapositivesafetycultureacrossthebusiness.
- ManagingISO45001,ISO9001andISO14001compliance,includinginternalandexternalaudits.
- PreparingandreviewingRAMS,permitstoworkandprojectH&Sdocumentation.
- Supportingengineeringandinstallationteamsthroughoutprojectdelivery,carryingoutsiteinspectionsandaudits.
- Investigatingincidents,implementingcorrectiveactionsandmonitoringHSEQKPIs.
- DeliveringH&Straining,toolboxtalksandcoachingmanagersontheirresponsibilities.
- BuildingstrongrelationshipswithcustomersandactingastheleadHSEQrepresentativeonclientprojects.
AboutYou
- NEBOSHDiploma(orequivalent).
- IOSHMembership(Tech,GradorChartered).
- Experiencewithinengineering,manufacturing,automationorindustrialenvironments.
- StrongknowledgeofUKHealth&SafetylegislationandISOmanagementsystems.
- ExperienceproducingandreviewingRAMS.
- Excellentcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills.
- FullUKdrivinglicence.
