We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our brand-new, purpose-built nursery in Balham.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team from the very beginning, leading your room and helping to create a nurturing, inspiring environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the day-to-day running of your nursery room.
• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Plan engaging learning experiences that support children’s development.
• Lead, motivate, and support your room team.
• Monitor observations, assessments, and children’s learning journeys.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance.

About You

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally in a Room Leader or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare and supporting your team.
