• responsiblefordesigndevelopment,includingdrawingsandcalculations;
• liaisewithClients,otherdesignteammembersandcontractors;
• liaisewithotherteammemberstoplanworkloadandresources;
• producedrawingsandcalculationsandcheckingthoseofothers;
• authorofficialdocumentsincludingletters,reportsandspecifications;

Skills/Experience:

• Soundtechnicalknowledgeofmechanicalbuildingservices.
• AutoCAD/REVITfamiliarity(althoughnotcritical)
• Familiarwithindustrystandardcalculationprogrammes,e.gHevacomp/Cymap/IES.
• Excellentplanning,organisationalandtimemanagementskills.
• Abilitytoworkunderpressureandmeetstrictdeadlines.
