CSCS Carded Handyman required to start IMMEDIATELY on a Large Residendial New Build Site in Rossett, Wrexham (LL11)working on Traditional BuildPropertieswith duties to follow an Internal Snagging list to complete remedial fixes such as:
– Patching work– Mastic & silicoln works– Painting touch ups / fixes– Basic joinery fittings & arks etc– Associated snagging tasks.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:3045hrs a week minimum at – CIS Payment is available
Past Residential experience is highly sought after with relevant references.
These are Long Term roles.
