This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside an experienced Head Chef in a Michelin-starred kitchen, producing refined dishes using outstanding seasonal produce.

What’s involved?
- Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Leading and motivating the brigade during service
- Preparing and delivering dishes to Michelin-starred standards
- Assisting with the development of seasonal menus
- Training, mentoring and supporting junior members of the brigade
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety
- Managing stock control and minimising waste
- Ensuring consistency and excellence throughout every service
Sound like the role for you?
We’re looking for a Sous Chef who has:
- Experience working within a Michelin-starred or 3 AA Rosette kitchen
- A genuine passion for exceptional food and seasonal produce
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure
- A positive attitude with a desire to continue learning and developing
- Ambition to progress within an award-winning kitchen
