We are seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to lead a private family office on behalf of a high-profile UHNW principal. This is a broad and demanding mandate spanning legal, finance, HR and property, with you acting as first port of call for the principal and building out the team through considered, strategic hiring.
This is a fast-paced, exacting environment. The principal has high standards and expects a great deal from those around them, so this role will suit someone resilient, thick‑skinned, and unfazed by a demanding working relationship. You’ll need to be a calm, capable operator who can hold your ground, manage upwards with confidence, and keep the office running smoothly under pressure.
A global property portfolio means some international travel will be required.
This is a role for someone with real seniority, judgement and offers genuine scope to shape and lead a family office at the highest level.
