Senior Software Engineer – Hybrid Brighton | Lead & Build

Paxton Access based in Brighton, England, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build and maintain scalable software powering our flagship access control products. This hands-on role includes mentoring teammates and leading technical delivery across UI, API, and cloud services.

You will work with C# .NET, HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks (Angular/React), plus SQL databases and Azure cloud services. A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving is essential.
