Head of Asset Management

This role sits in Eagle Street Partners, a platform within Arrow Global Group.

The Asset Manager will drive performance across a diversified value‑add real estate portfolio, spanning sectors including retail, office, industrial and logistics, mixed‑use, residential, living and alternatives. The role will create and deliver asset‑level business plans, identify value‑enhancement opportunities, manage leasing and capex initiatives, oversee advisors and property managers, and support transactions, financing, valuations and reporting.
