Strategic Planned Investment Lead — Hybrid

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Stevenage is seeking a Planned Investment Manager/Surveyor to lead delivery of the asset investment programme across the east region, working with partners and residents to ensure quality, compliance and value for money.

The role includes stock condition surveys, site inspections, contract and budget management, forecasts and risk, with hybrid working from the Stevenage office and occasional travel.
