Overview
Fire & Security Engineer (Tube-Based) – Central London. Salary: £30,000–£40,000 plus overtime, call-out payments and bonus. Responsibilities
- Install, service, maintain and fault-find on a range of fire and security systems.
- Work on intruder alarms, CCTV, fire alarms and access control systems.
- Cover customer sites across Central London and within the M25 using the London Underground network.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
- Complete service reports and job documentation accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support on-site.
- Participate in a paid on-call rota when required.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with current industry standards and health & safety requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working as a Fire & Security Engineer.
- Experience with one or more of the following systems: Fire Alarms, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Relevant industry qualifications or manufacturer training is preferred.
- Experience working within commercial environments.
Benefits
