Strategic Process & Change Analyst

Carter Jonas is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to join our IT team in Peterborough. You will analyse, design, document and improve processes across the Firm, ensuring efficiency, scalability and robust controls in line with business and transformation objectives.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT and project teams, map current-state processes using BPMN, SIPOC and RACI, and design future-state processes with measurable outcomes.
