24/7 Emergency Veterinary Surgeon – Help Build a New Hospital

Bright Leaf Recruitment is advertising a new 24-hour veterinary hospital in South Wales, opening early 2027, offering round-the-clock emergency and inpatient care and transparent pricing. We seek an experienced veterinary surgeon with excellent clinical and communication skills to manage hospitalised patients, perform emergency procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Role is based on a three-week rolling rota, averaging 36.6–40.3 hours per week, with day shifts of 10–11 hours
