The Role
We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our growing service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical background who enjoys working independently while delivering a high standard of customer service.
You will cover a territory within an 80-mile radius of Birmingham, carrying out installations, preventative maintenance, inspections, servicing, and repairs on commercial coffee equipment and associated catering appliances.
You will be based from our Birmingham factory, collecting parts and equipment before travelling to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install commercial coffee machines, grinders, water filtration systems, and associated equipment.
- Carry out preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing.
- Complete PSSR inspections.
- Diagnose faults and repair traditional espresso machines and bean-to-cup coffee machines.
- Service and repair water filters, ice machines, and commercial dishwashers when required.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 07:30 – 16:30 (Basic hours)
- Paid overtime available after standard working hours.

- £34,000 basic salary, depending on experience.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in one or more of the following would be highly advantageous:
- Bean-to-cup coffee machines.
- Commercial dishwashers.
- Catering equipment.
- Mechanical engineering or field service engineering.
- Electrical fault finding (desirable but not essential).
Ideal Candidate
- Previous field service engineering experience.
- Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Lives within 30 miles of Birmingham.
