Overview
Production Manager / Operations Manager (Bespoke Manufacturing) – £45,000 – £55,000 + Further Career Progression + Full bespoke industry training.
Office based with some hybrid, commutable from Evesham, Cheltenham, Ledbury, Cirencester, Churchdown, Gloucester, Kineton and surrounding areas.
Ambitious and highly organised candidates with leadership experience in engineering or manufacturing who will act as the right hand to the Managing Director, with full industry technical training and the opportunity to progress within a close-knit, prestigious manufacturer.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the Workshop, Production and Small Service teams, while improving operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to improve operational efficiency across the Engineering functions.
- Participate in full industry training and leverage the scope for career progression.
Requirements
- Previous Engineering or Manufacturing leadership experience.
