Lead Workshop Engineer – Quality & Safety

Metroline Ltd is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead a dedicated engineering team in a busy London bus depot. You will oversee day-to-day planning, ensure repairs meet standards, and support shift engineers with decisions to minimise downtime and lost mileage.

The role requires NVQ3 or equivalent, knowledge of O Licence rules, and experience with regulatory paperwork for bus operations in London.
