Nursery Officer — Lead Learning & Mentor New Staff

Loughborough College Group is seeking a Nursery Officer for Radmoor Nursery at Loughborough College. You will deliver high quality learning experiences, tailor activities to each child, and support development across nursery routines.

The role requires significant child care experience, knowledge of Early Years Development, and a Level 3 Child Care / Play Work qualification or willingness to work towards it, plus strong teamwork skills.
