Overview
We are looking to recruit a Children’s Universal Services Admin Team Leader to provide coordination, planning and administrative support within the Health Visiting/School Nurse Service within NHS Forth Valley. This role can be extremely busy and, at times, physically demanding, requiring an enthusiastic and flexible approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide a comprehensive high-quality administrative service to NHS Forth Valley Children’s Universal Service.
- Assist with day-to-day management of all coordination, planning, and administrative duties in conjunction with Government Directed National Guidance, including future changes and implementations.
- Maintain regular liaison with multi-disciplinary colleagues involved in service delivery, including Social Workers, Police Scotland, Nursing, Primary Care, Education and Acute Services, IT, and Third Party Sectors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Successful completion of a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, flexibility, and the ability to cope with a physically demanding schedule.
Salary, Hours and Benefits
From 1 April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part-time hours will be reduced pro‑rata, with a corresponding increase in hourly rate so that pay is not affected.
