Leasehold Income Officer: Drive Arrears Recovery for Housing

The London Borough of Hackney is seeking a Leasehold Income Officer to drive recovery of service charges and other invoiced sums, including major works, ground rent and reserve funds. You will ensure timely collection of owed sums and reduce arrears while maximising income for the Council.
