ELT Process Transformation Lead (9‑Month Contract)

Oxford University Press is seeking a Process Transformation Manager for a 9‑month fixed term contract within the ELT Sales team. You will define workflows, build automated tools and embed structured processes across the ELT Division to support pre‑sales and key account management.

You will collaborate with Sales Operations, Custom/Digital Product and regional teams to standardise processes and drive adoption. A hybrid working policy requires two days in the Oxford office each week.
