Driver Readiness & Logistics Coordinator

DX is seeking a Pre-Brief Clerk to support the Shift Manager with daily driver pre-briefs and ensure high standards of customer service and driver compliance with operational processes. This role ensures drivers are prepared on the road to deliver the Delivered Exactly service experience.

You will be responsible for ensuring drivers report to pre-brief, managing returns to the Service Centre, and supporting accurate billing through correct documentation and performance analysis.
