Overview

A leading secondary school in Coventry is recruiting a sharp, systems-driven Data & Exams Manager for a permanent start. This role handles the administration of all external and internal school examinations alongside the technical upkeep of the school’s Management Information System (MIS). You will coordinate the exam invigilation team, manage candidate entries under strict regulatory compliance, and process student progress data for the Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

  • Administer external and internal school examinations and maintain regulatory compliance under JCQ regulations.
  • Oversee the technical upkeep of the school’s Management Information System (MIS).
  • Coordinate the exam invigilation team and manage candidate entries.
  • Process student progress data for the Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications

  • Essential: Prior experience managing school data tracking systems or organizing the full examination lifecycle within a UK secondary school.
  • Essential: Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Advanced fluency in school databases (such as SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom) and solid working knowledge of JCQ regulations.

Details & Benefits

  • Hours: 37 hours per week (full-year or enhanced term-time contracts negotiated).
  • Salary: £35,500 – £41,000 per annum.
