We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative, successful and hardworking Business Support Officer. The successful candidate will be an outstanding team player and administrator who can work as part of a team to ensure the best possible outcomes for all pupils at Worden.

Worden is a successful comprehensive Converter Academy with a record of improvement and a vision that all pupils achieve and are recognised as unique individuals with talents and needs. We aim to develop independent thinking, problem solving, communication and resilience in our students.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-standard administrative and organisational support to the school and its pupils.
  • Contribute to efficient handling of correspondence, records, and data management in line with school policies.
  • Collaborate with staff to support effective daily operation and pupil outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Grade A* – C (or equivalent) at GCSE or O Levels/CSE in English & Maths.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Other Post-16 or Higher Education qualifications.

Experience

  • Essential: Experience as an administrator.
  • Desirable: Experience in a school environment; experience in finance or administration roles.
