HSEQ Lead: Safety & Quality Innovator

Bilfinger UK is seeking an experienced HSEQ Lead to drive safety and quality performance across our operations on COMAH/high hazard sites. You will lead strategies, audits and improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards while developing a robust HSE culture.

The role requires proven leadership of safety and quality teams, excellent communication, and the ability to influence across leadership and client stakeholders to uplift HSEQ performance.
