Sphere Solutions in Mid Cornwall is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor (or Senior Quantity Surveyor) to join their established commercial team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will manage the commercial delivery, administer NEC contracts, prepare cost plans and forecasts, procure subcontractors, monitor costs, and produce monthly cost and value reports.
The role requires experience with refurbishment or new build and strong financial acumen.
