We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation undergoing significant business transformation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing Planning & Portfolio team, supporting the successful delivery of a diverse change portfolio.
The Role
As Portfolio Resource Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate portfolio information, supporting governance, and providing meaningful reporting that enables informed decision‑making. You’ll work closely with Portfolio Managers, Project Managers and Programme Managers to ensure portfolio data is current, reliable and aligned with governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain portfolio plans, trackers, dashboards and reporting packs
- Gather, validate and consolidate updates across multiple projects and programmes
- Support portfolio governance by preparing meeting packs, action logs and decision records
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, resource capacity and delivery milestones
- Coordinate change requests, business cases and stage gate activities
- Maintain portfolio documentation, templates and version control
- Identify opportunities to improve portfolio processes, reporting and data quality
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Portfolio Analyst, PMO Analyst or Project Support role
- Experience supporting change or transformation portfolios
- Strong reporting, planning and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence working with stakeholders across project, programme and portfolio teams
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with experience using portfolio or project management tools
- A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
