Customer Advisor
Location: EUROSPAR/BP (Millburn Road), 121 Millburn Road, Coleraine, Co. Londonderry, BT52 1QY.
Pay rates ranging from £11.75 – £13.10 per hour depending on your age. Full-time and part‑time positions available (30–15 hours per week). Working hours: 6:00 am to midnight, Monday–Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that high standards of customer service are achieved at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen to and understand customers’ needs and advise them about products and services.
- Operate all checkouts accurately, processing customer transactions efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Replenish stock on a daily basis, complying with the company stock rotation process.
- Merchandise stock effectively to enhance sales.
- Ensure all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
- Actively maintain a high level of customer service within the store at all times.
- Cover the Post Office when required.
- Perform any other duties as required for the role.
Skills for Success
- No prior retail experience required – we provide comprehensive training.
- Team members with personality, passion, energy, and a positive attitude are preferred.

Working Hours
