Daytime Lead Support Worker – Children with Complex Needs

Chailey Heritage Foundation is seeking a Senior Support Worker (Days) to lead daytime shifts, ensuring safe, person-centred care for children and young people with complex disabilities. You will support therapies, activities and family collaboration, while modelling best practice and contributing to team development.

The role requires flexibility for some evenings/weekends, with a starting salary of £30,519.00 and 37 hours per week based at North Chailey.
