Based within the Ilfracombe Community Rehabilitation Team you will cover an area that stretches from Ashford to Exmoor and work with a multidisciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Assistant Practitioners.

Job responsibilities
Under the guidance of qualified staff, duties will include the provision of equipment and carrying out rehabilitation programmes with patients. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support individuals in improving their quality of life within the community.
Hours and Working Pattern: 22 hours per week Monday to Friday. The Community Rehabilitation Service is currently under review, with plans to develop into a 7-day service. This may result in changes to current working patterns.
