You’ll be a night care assistant providing compassionate, person-centred support to residents. This role focuses on enabling independence, dignity and well-being during night shifts.

- Supporting people with daily routines
- Helping with personal care (with dignity and respect)
- Preparing meals and sharing meaningful moments
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Being the reason someone smiles today
