Overview
We are seeking an experienced Community Support Worker or a Qualified Social Worker to join Jewish Care’s Social Work and Community Support team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). Based at one of our sites in Friern Barnet, Golders Green or Ilford, you will support adults, older people, carers and families across North East London, Central London and Essex. Depending on your qualifications and experience, you will be appointed as either a Community Support Worker or a Qualified Social Worker. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide personalised assessments, advice, advocacy and practical support to help people maintain independence, wellbeing and connection to their communities. Access to a vehicle is required for this role.
