Remote Customer Support Task Architect (Contract)

Alignerr is seeking a Task Author for Customer Support / Success to design end-to-end support triage tasks, including ticket review, account checks, runbook lookups and fix vs. escalate decisions.

You will craft objective rubrics and verifiable criteria to measure routing accuracy. The role is fully remote as an hourly contract, open to experienced support engineers and customer success professionals across the UK.
