Coventry Youth Justice Service (YJS) is a fast-paced multi-agency team consisting of staff from the Local Authority, Police, Probation, Health and Education. We are a well-respected service with a high-level performance background. Coventry YJS was last judged as ‘Outstanding’ by His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Probation. We value diverse perspectives and experiences and are striving to create an inclusive workplace culture that is accepting of all and free from discrimination and bias.
