Customer Services Assistant – Flexible Shifts & Community

Chelmsford Star Co-operative Society is seeking colleagues to support store operations across busy retail spaces in the community. You will help customers at checkouts, on the shop floor, and with in-store bakery duties while maintaining housekeeping standards and date/temperature checks.

You’ll also promote membership and involve customers in the co-op’s governance. No prior experience required; pride in appearance, willingness to learn, and a warm, friendly manner are valued.
