Customer Service Tools Admin & Optimization Lead

RS Group is seeking a System Admin for Customer Service Tools in a hybrid UK role (London, Corby or Manchester). You will optimise service tools, manage change demand and administer product configurations to improve customer interactions across channels.

You will work with diverse EMEA teams, other business units and external partners to ensure robust tool performance, documentation and continuous improvement. Strong communication and multi-stakeholder collaboration are essential.
