Senior Care Lead — Residential & Dementia Care

Watford House Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant. The role involves guiding a care team to deliver high quality, person-centred care, taking responsibility for shift operations and ensuring continuity of care for residents.

You will oversee medication administration, monitor wellbeing, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with families and healthcare professionals. Weekend work on alternate basis is required.
