Empower Teens as a Secondary Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a welcoming Brent secondary school to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a September 2026 start. This full-time role supports KS3 and KS4 students across subjects, helping them progress and engage in learning.

The ideal graduate will have a degree in any subject and experience working with teenagers. You will work alongside teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff to foster inclusive education and strong student well-being.
