Trauma-Informed Assistant Key Worker – Women’s Project

PACT’s Alana House in Reading is seeking an Assistant Key Worker to join the Women’s Community Project. You will work with the team to support service delivery and help create a welcoming, safe environment for women and families.

The role focuses on developing practical skills, helping clients while learning best practice, and growing through a range of learning opportunities to grow in the role. This is a permanent full-time position with a Monday–Friday pattern.
