Activity Coordinator
Location: Ashton Manor, Lancaster
Salary: £13.45 per hour, with overtime paid at £14.95 per hour
Hours: Full‑time 37.5 hours per week, with every other weekend off

About the Role
Evermore Care is seeking a creative and enthusiastic full‑time Activity Coordinator to join our state‑of‑the‑art care home in Lancaster. You will plan, design and lead a variety of engaging social and recreational activities that enrich the lives of our elderly residents.

Main Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities such as musical sessions, exercise classes, community outings and themed events.
- Collaborate with local performers and organisations to arrange enriching experiences for residents.
- Maintain accurate records, update care plans and manage schedules effectively.
- Inspire friendships, creativity and culture tailored to the diverse interests of residents.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a care or dementia environment.
- Strong communication, organisational and time‑management skills.
- A creative and proactive approach with a passion for making a positive difference.
