Harvest Operations Lead – Soft Fruit (5% Bonus)

WR Engineering in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Harvest Manager to lead our soft fruit harvest operation, reporting to the Production Manager. You will plan and coordinate harvesting, manage teams, ensure quality standards and maintain safe, efficient processes.

You will plan daily operations, train and motivate crews, and work closely with the packhouse and farm teams while controlling costs and keeping accurate records.
