Youth Outreach & Empowerment Worker (11–25)

Lancashire County Council invites applications for a Youth Worker role covering Preston & South Ribble. You will deliver youth work opportunities across schools, clubs and community settings, while building trusted relationships with 11‑ to 25‑year‑olds who may be vulnerable or at risk.

You will design preventative programmes and track outcomes to meet targets. The post requires a full‑time, 37‑hour week with occasional weekends and evenings to support activities.
