Despatch Operations Lead — FMCG Bakery (Day Shift)

Allied Bakeries in Belfast is seeking a highly organised Despatch Manager to lead a busy despatch operation at our fast-paced bakery site. You will ensure every order is accurate, on time, and delivered safely while driving continuous improvements in productivity and customer service.

This day shift role (Mon-Fri) offers the chance to lead a dedicated 24/7 despatch team, develop colleagues through coaching, and maintain the highest standards of quality, food safety and compliance.
