Retail Security Officer – Flexible Shifts & Customer Care

Morrisons Crowborough is seeking a Retail Security Officer to help protect customers, staff and stock. You will be the visible deterrent, patrol the store, monitor CCTV, respond to alarms and incidents, and assist with queries while working across variable day and weekend shifts.

The role requires an SIA licence, UK right to work, and a professional, calm approach to reporting and conflict resolution. DBS/BS7858 clearance may be requested, with flexibility for varied shifts.
