B&M Retail in Newtownabbey is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to join our store team. In this full-time, permanent role you’ll help protect people, products and the store environment while delivering a safe and welcoming experience for customers, across daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

You’ll work closely with the Store Management Team to deter loss, monitor CCTV, enforce safety procedures and handle incidents with professionalism, integrity and a customer-first mindset.
