Cruise Customer & Order Support Specialist

Tower Supplies is seeking an experienced Internal Account Support for its office-based Cruise division, in Poole, Dorset. The role focuses on end-to-end order management, customer communication, and issue resolution to ensure timely fulfilment.

You will work closely with SMEs to provide product knowledge, coordinate with transport and 3PL partners, and maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems while handling paperwork and stock reporting.
