Head of Engineering: NPI & Design Leadership

Michael Page is seeking a Head of Engineering (NPI) to lead engineering and new product introduction initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This senior role requires strategic thinking to drive innovation, optimize processes, and oversee end-to-end design to production.
